Fitted with a DC motor and variable speed control, allowing accurate adjustment of mixing speed for a range of products and viscosities. Motor is mounted on a hinged bracket for easy access and operation. Equipped with an electric heating element featuring digital temperature display and adjustable setpoint control. Separate digital thermometer fitted for accurate temperature monitoring. Includes both manual and automatic operating modes with integrated timer functions for controlled batch processing.
