Copper nudges $US10,000 as BHP–Anglo tussle begins

It’s seemingly the predictable tale, but Anglo American chose to reject BHP’s $60 billion bid, which in turn sent BHP shares tumbling. This came as copper – BHP’s prized possession – continued its climb, with prices nudging $US10,000 per tonne on Monday.
